Kate is currently completing her Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) training, and has already developed strong foundational technique, refined touch, and excellent body awareness through her hands-on practice. Many clients appreciate her ability to locate tension accurately and apply pressure that is both effective and comfortable.

Having personally experienced sciatic pain, motor vehicle accident injuries, and chronic low back pain, Kate brings genuine empathy and understanding to her work, offering care that is thoughtful, attentive, and supportive.
